For custom-made items, including paintings and Gaumay products, processing may take 7–10 business days before dispatch.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners, including:

Estimated delivery timelines are generally between 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Product weight
• Package dimensions
• Delivery destination

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Mudhol Hound Puppy Transportation

Standard courier shipping is not available for Mudhol Hound puppies.

Booking Requirements

A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm any puppy booking.

Delivery Arrangements

Pickup is the preferred option for puppy purchases.

Where required, transportation within India may be arranged through approved pet transportation providers. Any transportation costs, documentation requirements, permits, and associated responsibilities shall be borne by the buyer.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

We shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Government restrictions or transportation issues
