We process all orders within 7-8 business days after receiving full payment, while custom-made items such as paintings or Gaumay products may take 7–10 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. We ship across India using trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery, with estimated delivery times ranging from 7–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and destination, and will be shown at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotions. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. For Mudhol Hound puppies, shipping via standard courier is not available. Pickup is preferred, but transport within India may be arranged through approved pet couriers at the buyer's cost and responsibility. A non-refundable advance is required to confirm puppy bookings.
